How many colors can you print?
Strickly speaking, we can print up to four different ink colors at a time. However, in certian cases we also use what's known as "direct to garment printing" to increase the number of perceived colors in a print. With direct to garment printing, we can produce full color prints on light colored garments (white, light grey, ash, heathers).
Can I print on various sizes?
Yes. T-shirts for youth small to adult 6XL as well as infant and toddler sizes can be printed together up to a 12” x 12" design size. Youth extra small, infant and toddler sizes will need to be screen printed with a smaller, scaled down print. We can print bothyouth and adult t-shirts together if the design size is made to fit the smallest shirt being screen printed. Some customers prefer to have two sizes of artwork made- one for adult and one for youth. This is highly recommended. When printing a small order, one size of art is the most economical choice, as reducing size may result in using an additional screen(s).
Where can I place my design?
The most common placement is full front and/or full back. However we can place designs on a pocket or left chest,
on both short sleeve and long sleeve and on the lower back of neck of t-shirts. As long as the garment can be placed on a printing press and laid down flat, it can be printed.
Can I print on various shirt colors?
As long as the same ink color can be used on all t-shirts, there should be no problem. Your design on paper will be placed on all the colors you want to print on… just to be sure the design works on all of your t-shirt color choices.
Can I print on a variety of products?
T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hooded Sweatshirts and Polos can be combined into one screen printing order. The fabric of jackets or design size can require a separate process and will be treated as a separate order.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days. All orders start when order is placed, we have all the required information to complete your job, and at least half down is received. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. If you have a deadline for your order, let us know when placing your order. Orders needed before the 7 business day timeframe will be charged a rush fee. Taking longer than the suggested 24 hours to approve your digital proofs may delay your order. Any circumstances out of Cisneros Screen Printing's control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.
A NON REFUNDABLE PAYMENT OF HALF DOWN OF THE TOTAL BALANCE WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE PAID AT PLACEMENT OF ALL ORDERS.
How much does it cost for you to design artwork for me?
Sometimes nothing if the customer can provide an .EPS or .AI file(s). If your art file needs to be converted to any oneof these types of art files, a $25 per hour fee will apply.
Can you match PMS colors for screen printing?
PMS colors are designed for paper ink to be placed on white stock. You may indicate what PMS color you would like and make one of two choices:
1. Choose a stock t shirt ink color that is close to the PMS color.
2. Pay extra for a PMS color match, but understand it cannot be guaranteed to be exact on a textile, especially if it is not screen printed on white or light colored garments.
Is there a minimum order?
We can do orders as small as 12 shirts per design but know that this is sometimes not the most economical route to take as screen printing is designed to print in bulk.
